~ Cancellation Policy ~

Dear valued client,

We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total hair service cost upon booking your appointment, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. However, cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. We believe that a missed appointment is a missed opportunity for both of us to create something beautiful together. ~ Pre Visit ~

You'll receive a text/email reminder confirmation 48 hours before your upcoming appointment. Please be sure to confirm so we know you will be coming.

Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, no action is needed on this reminder unless you need to cancel or reschedule.

~ The Day Of ~

Please arrive 2-3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in the appointment being rescheduled; day of cancellation fee will be applied.

~ Parking ~

There are plenty of parking. A'lure Hair Salon is Suite 131 located in of the Phenix Salon Suites next to the AMC iMAX theater.

~ The Entourage ~

Only guests receiving services may be allowed into the salon. There are limited double bench seatings within the hallways of Phenix Suites. However, there are plenty of space to roam within Newpark Mall and kids play center soon to be open.
